			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I wanted to see some of Boston&#8217;s great neighborhoods tonight but the weather didn&#8217;t want to cooperate.  It rained all evening but I found an umbrella in the hotel closet and decided to brave it so I could see some more of the D3 in low light.  All of the images below are at ISO 6400.  There is a little noise, but the streets were really dark so I&#8217;m still impressed.</p>
