Last weekend I got to spend the day with Kate & Edward for their outdoor wedding.  It was pouring rain when I left Amarillo so I wasn’t optimistic about the event being held outdoors.  Once I got close to Canadian though it let up and stayed away all day.  We had some really nice cloud cover though that was perfect portrait light.  The wedding was at Kate’s family’s house and they are really great people.  I wanted to share a few images of the wedding and also the bridals since I didn’t get to post them ahead of time (so Edward couldn’t see them).  Click on the image below to view the slideshow…

I love this place!  The sad thing is that it’s like 10 miles from my front door and we hardly ever go.  A lot of photographers here in the Amarillo area do portrait sessions at Thompson Park, medi-park and other pretty locations.
